To help you fulfil a reservation, we share limited diner details with you. You may use that data only to provide the booked dining experience and any directly related communication permitted by the diner and by law. You must keep it secure, must not retain it longer than necessary, and must not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis. When handling diner data, you act as an independent data fiduciary/controller and are responsible for your own compliance with the DPDP Act and other applicable laws.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide LiveTable, and thereafter for the period required to meet legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and fraud-prevention obligations. When data is no longer required, we delete, anonymise, or securely archive it in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but work to protect your data and to respond appropriately to any personal-data breach as required by law.

  • Request correction, completion, or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer required and retention is not legally mandated;
